POSITION:  Elected by the Booster Club Members at a General Meeting

GAME NIGHT:
Membership Action
--Schedule workers for Game Night Activities
-Raffles
-Handouts
-Scoro
a) Be sure the tables are provided with necessary supplies
b) Assist Ways and Means as runner, as needed
c) Distribute “Booster Bucks to all the workers
d) Provide workers with handouts
e) Be available for questions or problems, in absence of the President

BOARD MEETING:
a) Give report of updates
b) Run the meeting in the absence of the President

GENERAL MEETING:
a) Verbally give report of updates
b) Prepare written report for the monthly newsletter
c) Distribute “Booster Bucks” for monthly activities

BOOSTER BUCK MANAGEMENT:
a) Print and number “Booster Bucks”
b) Keep list of “Booster Bucks” issued on game nights and monthly
c) Prepare Budget for the July Board Meeting

GENERAL:
a) Maintain Inventory Lists of all Board Members and Chairpersons
b) Maintain storage room at rented location
c) Supply Chairpersons with receipt books
d) Be available to the President, as needed

BOOSTER BUCKS:
One per game which includes “Membership Action”, preparing and distributing “Booster 
Bucks” and availability to Club Members
